Following an initial in-depth assessment, the patient care coordinator will discuss the treatment plan items and costs of treatment with you. Typically, the patient care coordinator will submit the plan to your dental insurance company first. This typically may take a few weeks for your insurance company to review the plan. Once we receive correspondence back, the patient care coordinator will contact you to discuss what your insurance will cover, and any costs that you may need to pay.
We will file your insurance claim on the day of service, and any out of pocket payments will be due at that time.
Our office participates with and are in-network with Delta Dental and Cigna Dental insurance schemes. We do accept other private insurance plans, however we are not in network.
Payment plans may be available, and these can be discussed with our patient care coordinator and financial officer if needed.
